When buying a home, you don’t want to leave anything up to chance. Before making an offer, contact me and have me analyze all the documents of the apartment to make sure you haven’t missed out on anything important and to make sure you understand what you are buying into. Based on my analysis, I will write a written report (3-4 pages), which will include detailed information on:
  • Potential risks, such as financial condition of the building complex.
  • An estimate of the price and timeline of the big renovations that need to be done in the building complex (also beyond the first 5 years).
  • Data driven insight into whether the asking price is reasonable and how you may negotiate.
  • My opinion on what you should offer for the place.
